Enrique was seduced by the power of images very early in his life in Buenos Aires. His dad collected tons of literary and photography newspaper sections packing the bookshelves and taking over the closets of his home.

He started his own collection of photographs with Life and Panorama magazines. And managed to have his first in-home show before he was 18, mounting a wall-to-wall photomontage cutting and pasting these magazines.

Even though later on he entered the world of Advertising through the Copywriters’ door he always felt more comfortable creating ideas like an Art Director. Either in his prints or in his TV spots, the image or a series of images were always the key part of the message or the storytelling.

The advertising world opened a great window of opportunity for him to meet, work and being inspired by extremely talented art directors, fine artists and photographers.

At a turning point of his personal process and professional career he reconnected with photography and found there the freedom of expression he couldn’t find in a commercial environment. With one hand in the camera and the other in the darkroom he could set out his own messages and follow his own instincts.

Since then Enrique has being working in different series and projects.

Prêt à Portrait. 16 portraits of sculptors and painters taken in Buenos Aires, Paris and Barcelona. This series was selected for Fotoseptiembre 2000/Festival of Light, and exhibited at The Gallery, Mexico City, September 2000.
Women in Windows. Photographs from this series were selected for Focus On AIDS 9 and exhibited for the first time at Farmani Gallery, Beverly Hills in March 2002. They were later auctioned at the Directors Guild, Hollywood.
Photographs from this series were exhibited and sold to different collectors in October 2002, at Urban Art Photo Gallery in Los Angeles, as part of a group show: "A Photographic Journey,"

Another set of this series was exhibited at Y.M.I. La Brea, in Los Angeles, in February 2003, as part of a group show: “Two photographers. One passion.”
The latest set of this series was taken in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and London between 2006 and 2007. One photograph of this set was selected for Show Off: The JDPW Annual Alumni Exhibit December 7-January, 2008 at The Julia Dean Gallery in Venice.
